At KuKirin Electric Scooter-Official Site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
